2Essential Formatting Rules
Page Setup
- Page Size: A4 or US Letter
- Margins: 2.54 cm (1 inch all sides)
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Line Numbers: Continuous throughout
Typography
- Main Text: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Tables/Figures: Times New Roman, 10 pt
Document Structure
Title Page → Abstract → Keywords → Main Text → References → Tables → Figures → Supplementary Data
Figures & Tables
- Embed low-resolution versions in main text
- Attach high-resolution versions separately
- Formats: .TIFF, .EPS, or .PNG

- • Supplementary files (e.g., high-res figures; zip multiple files if needed)
